We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. We work with FedEx and PostNL to ensure timely shipping for all our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For some items, we work with a pre-order system: once the pre-order window is closed, the items get produced and the average shipping starts 6-8 weeks after.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with FedEx and PostNL to offer the best delivery options. The shipping carrier for your order will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and express delivery. Please note shipping costs mentioned are excl. VAT, this is country-specific and calculated at payment.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware that for orders shipped outside the EU:

• Additional costs such as import duties, taxes or customs feesmay apply depending on the destination country.
• Important: any such additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover or predict these fees, as they vary from country to country.

5. Customs and Import Fees

For orders outside the EU, please note that we are not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or import fees imposed by customs in your country. These fees are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
